Every order follows the same stages, so new and established brands always know where their garments are.
1. Brief and tech pack
Send your design, tech pack or a reference garment. No tech pack yet? Our team can help turn a sketch or sample into one. See our guide on how to make a tech pack.
2. Fabric sourcing
We source and inspect raw fabric for weight, weave and colorfastness before cutting begins. Send Pantone codes or a swatch and we match them.
3. Pattern making and sampling
Your design becomes a graded pattern. We produce a paid sample for approval before any bulk run. Sampling typically takes 5–10 days.
4. Cutting and sewing
Fabric is cut to pattern and assembled by our machinists.
5. Printing and embroidery
Screen print, DTG, embroidery, sublimation, puff print or rhinestone detailing is applied to your spec.
6. Finishing and trims
Buttons, zippers, labels and trims are attached, then every garment is pressed and finished.
7. Quality control
Every batch is checked against your spec sheet for fit, stitching and print before it is cleared.
8. Packing and shipping
Garments are folded, tagged and packed for air or sea freight to the USA and worldwide. Bulk production typically ships in 7–14 days, depending on order size and finishing. See shipping to the USA.
