Step 1: Define your first collection
Keep it small: two to five core styles such as a hoodie, tee, jogger or jacket. Collect reference photos and decide on fabric weight, colors and decoration.
Step 2: Create a tech pack

Step 3: Order samples
Approve fit, fabric and decoration on a sample before bulk production. Sampling typically takes 5–10 days.
Step 4: Place a small first run
With low MOQs from 5 pieces on selected styles you can launch without a large investment. Bulk production typically ships in 7–14 days.
Step 5: Ship, sell and reorder
